About
I started using Macs when Microsoft Word fit on a floppy, and a floppy held 720 kilobytes, and Macs had no hard drive, but had a 9-inch monochrome screen. The Internet was CompuServe, and I got online with a telephone line connected to a 1200 kbps modem.
Today, I don't use Word or floppies, no Macs, but have 1.5 terabyte of hard drives connected to my 17-inch PowerBook 24-inch iMac and MacBook Air. I'm always online and do it wirelessly.
I began blogging in 2002 and started this site in 2003. I love writing about Macs here, and everything else on my personal blog. I'm living in Hong Kong, so sometimes my posts have an Asian focus, hence, macasia.
