4GB nano arriving
While the 4GB iPod nano is a rare commodity in Hong Kong, I did see several white and one black nanos in Star Computer City in Tsim Sha Tsui, all selling for HK$2380 (US$306). Good luck if you want to buy one from an Apple retailer at list price, because they're out-of-stock and the waiting list is long. Well, I finally tried to order one at the Hong Kong Apple Store online last week, and today I got a call that my black nano will arrive tomorrow. That's only a total of 5 days from the time I placed the order to delivery. The best part is I'm paying the list price of HK$1900 (US$245), with no shipping charge. That's terrific. I already placed an order for a second black nano.
